Reconciliation

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: 1 peter 3:18

And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all. 1 corinthians 15

For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 1 tim 2:5

And all things [are] of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 2 corinthinans 5:18

I don't know if I can find a scripture to support my exact doctrine here but my thesis is this:

'The work of Christ is to bring us to the Father and therefore the Father is God.'

The ancient Jews believed in one true God, the difficulty they had was believing that Jesus was Gods Son. Because he did things like forgive sin and alike they judged Him blasphmeous.

That is not the problem for trinitarians. they believe in the Son but they also know of the first Commandment that "thou shall have no other gods before me." So since Jesus is most certianly a divine being and and some ways god, 'there can be only one'. (to quote the highlander movie) so they are forced to create a three headed monster God who is 'One' as the scriptures say.

there are many gods though, the title god can be used of men, angels, devils, false gods , Jesus and God most High the commandment says

"thou shall have on other gods before me."

So this just tells us the The Most High God has no equal and now that Jesus sits on the throne of the Father it does not imply the the Father has abdercated . Jesus sits at his right hand, a subordinate position.

We can worship Jesus as the faithful servant of the most high, as the Son of God, as the lamb that was slain , as our saviour , high priest, king, prophet, divine ,even god. But he is not nor ever will be GOD.

Jesus discipled men, they followed him, they where baptised into Christ but we are joined into Christ in order to be joined into Him that sent Christ. We are restored in Chirst to a right relationship to the Father.

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6

Our ultimate destiny is to come to the Father and Jesus the servant of his Father is the only means of us to arrive at this exalted apointment. Jesus no where claims equality with God. And all the weight of scripture shows us that Jesus was fully submitted to the Father and from all we know of scripture inculding 1 corinthians 15 this is an eternal arrangement with no end in sight. The LORD is God and He is one. This LORD is the Father.
When the scriptures speak of oneness of the Father and Son, they are talking about the perfect union of their distinct wills into agreement. This is possible because Jesus summitted to His Fathers will. At Gethsemine he prayed "If possible let this cup pass from me, nevertheless NOT MY WILL BUT THINE BE DONE".

If Jesus is very God how can the above make any sense? is Jesus/God stuggling within Himself for our sake alone or for show? I say No Jesus is defering to a Higher authority and therefore a Greater one. He was looking for another option than the disgrace and suffering of the cross but He knew there wasn't one so He surrendered Himself to His Fathers will.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, so that whoever believeth in him might not perish but have ever lasting life.

It pleased the LORD to bruise him.

God gave up his Son to become the object of His own wrath against the sins of all mankind.

How can one God be both the punisher and object of the punishment?

How can God, 'The ancient of Days' Die? Or taste death?

These are the nonsenses created by the manipulation that is called Trinity.

It simply cant be reconciled with the truth.

When a churchman has a theological problem he writes a doctrine to solve it. The problem is the this newly created solution causes a multiplicity of new problems which must be then sidelined or marginalized and exponents of inquiry into these new problems surpressed or banished or otherwise silenced lest the folly of his work be exposed.

And that is why we still have a trinity doctrine prvailing.

true. There is only one doctrine. The doctrine of the bible. Forget all the others. There is only one truth. Doctrinal sin is just another avenue for the satan to rob through confusion...
