Who is worthy?

Rev 5:1 Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals.

Rev 5:2 And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming in a loud voice, "Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?"

Rev 5:3 But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll or even look inside it.

Rev 5:4 I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside.

Rev 5:5 Then one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals."

Rev 5:6 Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing in the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits [fn] of God sent out into all the earth.

Rev 5:7 He came and took the scroll from the right hand of him who sat on the throne.

Rev 5:8 And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

Rev 5:9 And they sang a new song: "You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and nation.

Rev 5:10 You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth."

Rev 5:11 Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders.

Rev 5:12 In a loud voice they sang: "Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!"

Rev 5:13 Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing: "To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!"

Only Christ Jesus is worthy. No one else was found who was either in Heaven or on earth or even under the earth.
On this planet we face many difficulties and challenges, here are two big ones, Sin. Jesus won the victory over sin He never has nor will he ever break God's Law.
The second, Death. Jesus overcame even Death, archaeologists dig up the bones of Pharaohs and other Kings of the earth but they'll never find Jesus bones because Death could 't hold Him down, He has risen.

That brings me to ICONZ. What is ICONZ is about ? It's about boys. Boys becoming men.
Something bad is happening to boys in these days, boys are starting to hang around in shops, they're starting to get fancy haircuts, fancy clothes and jewelery and some are even starting to put on make up. They are turning into girls! They growing up to be women! Some of them even fall in love with other men and the people around them tell them that thats O.K! where is the voice of truth?

A few weeks ago some people got worried and frightened about a tsunami washing over our coasts yet every day there is a tide of evil decimating our country. It seeps in everywhere, to our homes, to our schools, even to the hearts of some.

Who is worthy to stand against this and say "This is where you stop!".
Who is worthy to face sin and Death and not give in to fear? Is a boy Scout going to do it? No.

Only a boy who knows Jesus can do this.
This boy can look beyond Himself. He can join with others, whose eyes shine with the fire of heaven, whose hearts are not downcast to proclaim Christs Victory!
When the enemy comes to Masterton, He's going to hit a wall because there are boys here, boys that are becoming men, with the spirit of the living God. Trained up and equipped, ready and able to sing We shall not be moved!
